Circadex Performance started with a question Jon could not stop asking: why do the people who work the hardest hours get the worst health advice?

After a decade in retail, hospitality, and tourism — and watching the same pattern of fatigue, weight gain, and broken sleep play out in colleagues, family members, and people close to him working in aviation — Jon redirected his clinical focus. The intersection of Sports Rehabilitation, HRV data, and Circadian Biology became the foundation of everything Circadex builds.

The goal is not to help shift workers cope. It is to give them the same quality of biological support that professional athletes take for granted — adapted to a roster, not a training camp.
